 Karen Cecile |
Karen is Chief Operating Officer of the company. She has been with the firm since 1992 and
been active in the financial services industry for 20 years.
In her role at Financial Designs, Karen directs the organizational growth for the firm, which includes responsibilities for day-to-day operations, business development, financial performance, marketing and human resources. She also leads the development of strategic business objectives. Karen's educational background includes an executive master of business administration degree from the University of Denver and a masters degree in psychology from the Ohio State University. Karen has been a featured speaker at the marketing meetings of M Financial Group, a national network of premier financial services firms. She also contributes to the industry by providing mentoring for new M Financial Member Firms spanning business operations, process and team development, profit-loss accountability and building culture. Her community involvement includes working with The Gathering Place, the Women'sVision Foundation, the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Colorado Ballet. She is also a member of Women Business Executives. Karen is married and has two children. Her leisure activities include golf, skiing and horseback riding. |
