Founder and CEO of Financial Designs, Dave began his career in 1970 based on the premise that the purpose of
every activity, every day is to be of service to his client.
His analytical and creative approach to the accumulation and transfer of wealth is recognized and respected throughout the region. To meet the growing demands of the marketplace and an increasingly complex planning world, Dave has surrounded himself with colleagues sharing his philosophy and his drive for excellence. Dave majored in accounting and finance at the University of Colorado and continued his studies with The American College, completing his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation and his Master of Science degree in financial services. He is an Accredited Estate Planner through the National Association of Estate Planners. Over the years, he has served as president of the Denver Estate Planning Council, the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Society of FSPs and the Denver Association of Life Underwriters. Dave serves as a Trustee for the Boy Scouts of America and is a board member for Colorado UpLIFT. Dave and his wife, Margie, enjoy traveling, golf, tennis and spending time with their three daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. |
